We do not receive wisdom - we must discover it for ourselves on a journey no one else can take for us or spare us.    M. Proust

Sacred Wholeness
Y
oga is not a process of denial, but revelation.
Nor is it a process of creation.
Our true, spiritual nature exists.
Our imagination, intelligence, enthusiasm,
and energy, however potent, are not capable of
such a creative act: that is the domain of God.
All that we can do is clarify its existence
through the practice of yoga;
and then honor it in the living of out lives.
This is what it means to be holy: to be whole.
To live from the wholeness of out human being.
This is the state of yoga.

Sunbeams

Even
after
all this time
the sun never says to the earth,

"You owe me."

Look
what happens
with a love like that-

it lights the whole
world.

Satsang (Sanskrit sat = true, sanga = company) describes in Indian philosophy, company with an assembly of persons who listen to, talk about, and assimilate the truth. This typically involves listening to or reading scriptures, reflecting on, discussing and assimilating their meaning, meditating on the source of these words, and bringing their meaning into one’s daily life.

In this page you will find my 'cyber' satsang. A place where I share passages, quotes, and pieces of inspiration. In the true tradition of a satsung, please share and talk to me about any of my 'snippets':)
